Returns and Exchanges
We strive to provide the most accurate product descriptions possible. Our size charts are accurate to each product and can be found on the corresponding product pages. We want you to know exactly what you are ordering.
Please note:
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of shipment. If more than 7 days have passed since you received your product and you have not contacted us regarding your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us within the 7-day window.
For all returns and exchanges, we require that you send us photos of the product to ensure that it is returned in undamaged and new condition.
You are responsible for ensuring that the returned product is properly packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
Items returned to us must be in their original packaging.
Please note that we accept returns or exchanges for defective products or products damaged in shipping. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact our Customer Service Center within 7 days of receiving the product. In this case, we will cover the shipping costs.
Unauthorized returns (for defective products only) take time to process, so please contact us in advance.
